The Best Film award, was chaired by John Madden who presented the award with fellow judge Gillian Anderson who said, "We did have to battle it out over the table. One hopes that the winner has an element of the sublime in it that is above and beyond what some of the others have."

Gillian has donated her autographed pair of black Cobian platform flip flops to the Small Steps Project Celebrity Shoe Auction. (Includes a signed photo!)

Small Steps Project is a humanitarian organisation and registered charity dedicated to supporting the children living on rubbish dumps around the world and raising awareness of the unacceptable hardships faced by them through film. They deliver shoes and hygiene kits to enable children to take small steps off rubbish dumps and to protect them while they are working there.

They're also auctioning shoes from Colin Firth, Chris Noth, Sarah Jessica Parker, Jamie Lee Curtis, Helen Mirren, Rachel Weisz, Simon Pegg, Ben Stiller, Bill Murray, Ricky Gervais, Jamie Oliver, Russell Brand, Ralph Fiennes, Boy George, Will Ferrell, and many others!

The older you get the less memory you have. I have trouble differentiating between what are childhood memories and what I may have seen in a photograph or been told about by my mum. Do I really remember lying in a hammock on a beach in Puerto Rico when I was a year old?
